TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The reservation and the booking would be confirmed only on receipt of a 50% advance & the balance 50% payment to be made at the time of check-in by cash and all extras to be paid at the time of check out by cash. Once the booking is confirmed, thereafter, the booking is non- cancellable and in the event of cancellation, the advance paid is non-refundable.
  • Reservation is liable to be cancelled if 50% advance is not paid.
  • The advance is non-transferable & non-refundable. In case of any cancellations, charges for the entire period of stay are payable by the guest, whether room is occupied or not.
  • Extension of stay shall be permitted subject to availability and at the discretion of the Management.
  • Check in & Check out time as per timings 22 hours & evening check out will be at 04:00pm .
  • The kitchen will be closed at 11.00pm. After that dinner/Starters shall not be served.
  • The Music system will be switched off at 10.30pm & if required after that the system will be kept in guest room [As per availability of Music System.
  • Swimming Pool can be used till 10.30pm only.
  • Rain dance /Swimming pool to be used & as per the specified timings.
  • No outside food & non alcoholic beverages allowed inside the Resort.
  • Food & beverage consumption and smoking not allowed in the Swimming pool
  • No Room service facility
  • Guest should follow all the Rules & Regulation of the Resort.
  • Trespassing / Misbehavior/ Criminal activity / Inappropriate gesture are strictly prohibited
  • Management reserves the right of entry and to change/omit, to amend the rules, facilities /amenities without any prior notice.
  • In the event of power cut/load shedding etc, limited power [generator back-up/Invertor] shall be provided, but AC won't be operational. Inconvenience is sincerely regretted.
  • Every guest is responsible for His/her own safety and parents are responsible for their kids
  • All Guests to Bhoj Resort must carry identification proof in the form of a Government issued ID or Passport.
  • All the disputes are subject to trial under the court of law Mumbai jurisdiction only.All payments must be settled at the time of Check in.
